Design and Programming
Stainless System Service leverages Solidworks to design and test real world applications. What starts as an idea or print can be made 3D and tested before ever reaching the shop floor. A great example of this is when calculating the bend lines and bend strategy for a complex sheet metal component. Whether a solid model is needed for 3D Printing, CNC Machining, Fabrication, or simply during the design phase, we have the software capabilities.
Our programmers utilize Mastercam to create efficient toolpaths. Stainless System Service has the capability to program simple 2 axis lathes, mill turn lathes, 3 axis mills, or 5-axis machining. Combining good software with our experience is just one of the ways we stay competitive.
We typically use Autocad for 2D drawings which can be programmed from directly when creating Waterjet tool paths.
